Each year the World Mission Institute (WMI) is centered on a significant theme in contemporary Christianity, which is hosted by the Chicago Center for Global Ministries (CCGM). The WMI has become a flag ship and a central foundation for CCGM. The first WMI Conference was held in 1992. The topic, “Honoring 500 Years of Struggle of Native People in the Americas”, was presented. Additional information about the past topics of the World Mission Institute is listed under the WMI Memory Tab.
